We offer permits to photographers to use the land for shoots at a minimal fee. Collected fees will be used to care for the land and to help area ministries.

The annual permit offers the best value to photographers who would like to shoot at Coal Creek on a regular basis. Our annual permit is a one time fee for unlimited use of the property throughout the year. For Families
We offer 1 Hour FREE Family Fun for families to come use the property without a photographer present.
CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE between 10am - 2pm Daily
We are adding time slots for families to come use the property when they simply need to get out of the house. 2-3 families will be allowed on the property at a time, between the hours of 10am and 2pm. Scheduling is required...pick a time, bring your family, footballs, frisbees, a picnic and be outdoors. Find a log to sit and pray in all of God's glory!
Before 10am and after 2pm is reserved for our paying photography clients. Free Family Fun times are meant to be times with family/friends enjoying the property. If staged imagery (family, engagement, maternity, etc) is planned during this time, please choose our one or two hour session booking with fees associated.
Annual Permit Holders Information
Annual Permit holders are the life blood of our business. We LOVE sharing the property and want you to be able to get the best value for your own business.
Annual permits are good from date of purchase for one full year.
Annual permits are limited in nature and sometimes we may have a waiting list
Annual permit holders will be contacted prior to pass expiration. If annual permit holder fails to respond to communication, and expiration occurs, the spot will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Annual permit holders will need to book sessions on the calendar to secure spots.
Annual permit holders may book up to 10 hours on the schedule at any one time. (ie: Book 2 hours on Monday, 4 hours on Tuesday, 2 hours on Wednesday and 2 hours on Thursday -10 hours total. Once Monday is over, book another 2 hours on the schedule)
Annual permit holders wanting to book more than 10 hours on the schedule at any one time, will be invoiced for overage at normal hourly pricing of $40/one hour and $67/2 hours.
Please make a best effort to cancel sessions as soon as it is known that the session will not make. Communication regarding cancellations is vital.
Annual permit holders failing to show up for sessions may be assessed a $/hour no-show fee
The CCFJ schedule will allow 2 annual pass holders on site every hour.
When inventory on the Annual permit holder calendar is fully booked, annual pass holders may feel free to book using the public calendar free of charge.
